These Rail-Conductor Connectors consist of a heavy steel spring member, nest and indentor, threaded force member and a means of locking the threads after application. This combination when properly installed offers the benefits to the right:

Fewer rail connections required because of the large conductor capacity - up to two 750MCM cables.
A sound electrical connection may be effected in all weather conditions.
Connectors are removable and 100% reusable

The integrity of these connectors is amply demonstrated by this graph below. This is a composite of four separate tests. The actual test data are available upon request.
