ALUMINUM PAD TAP CONNECTORS, developed by CONNECTOR PRODUCTS INC., are designed for use in connecting aluminum conductor to a variety of two or four hole NEMA standard devices. Some examples of applications are in mounting sectionalizing switches or in connecting compression lugs for risers. The Pad Tap utilizes the industry proven wedge connecting principle while eliminating the need for expensive fire-on or crimp-on tooling. Pad Taps can be connected with any socket or impact wrench.
